Titlepro for Windows has been designed and written from the ground up to provide you and your staff with the most efficient means available for processing title services, maintaining case information, and locating cases quickly. Its enhanced graphics and intuitive presentation to the user make it easy to learn and easy to use. A few examples of Titlepro for Windows capabilities and features:

• Assign any number of service providers of any kind to any case. This means an unlimited number of lenders, listing and selling brokers, attorneys, surveyors, insurers, inspectors, taxing authorities, and so forth, may be designated--together with detailed addresses, fees, and other information--for each case.
  
  
• Maintain an unlimited number of parties for each case, together with complete information about them, including current and forwarding addresses, their date of birth and tax information, their attorneys, realtors, and personal representatives.
  
  
• Include an unlimited number of sub-transactions in each case, such as conveyances, mortgages, and leases, supported by an unlimited number of instruments and documents.
  
  
• Customize the HUD-1, HUD-1A and other closing documents to accommodate special transactions, including adding extended-line ranges and additional pages.
  
  
• Display forms on the screen to appear exactly as they will look on paper. Titlepro for Windows also preserves and enhances the unmatched Titlepro exception entry, easy fill-in, and automated merge features for an unlimited number of case documents.
  
  
• Complete escrow, disbursements, revenue, receivable, and premium accounting, together with an optional, integrated general ledger accounting package.
  
  
• For current customers, Titlepro for Windows includes specialized conversion software designed to make the transition of Data automatic. Customers are able to continue to use their present Titlepro for DOS system, along with Titlepro for Windows, for as long as they like. This permits training and adaptation to be highly flexible. Individual users may switch over to the new system at their own pace.
