The Titlepro Policy Accounting System keeps track of numbered policy forms, links them to cases, records insurance and remittance amounts, and offers Policy Log and Remittance Report printing with PDF generation.

Titlepro Policy Accounting performs the following functions:
- Keeps track of policies and endorsement forms received from any number of underwriters.
- Maintains a Policy Register where each numbered form received from an underwriter can be located by Underwriter, Policy Type, and Policy Number.
- Enable you, while working with a case, to:
- Select the underwriter to use for the case.
- Select appropriate, available, un-issued forms for that underwriter, and link them to the case.
- Record key information about the insurance to be issued under the selected forms.
- Enable you to select which forms to include in a Remittance Report to the underwriter.
- Automatically generate the report.
- Save the report for future reference.
